Seeking an experienced leader capable of managing a team of over 20 staff members.
Including drivers, telesales clerks, receipt and dispatch clerks, and general workers.
Demonstrate strong motivation skills and foster a positive, productive environment.

Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, with a diligent approach to security measures, maintaining the integrity of all operations.
Results-Driven & Decision Making:
A proactive decision-maker with a focus on achieving targets and driving sales performance.
Willingness to work flexible shifts to meet business needs.
Experience & Competencies:
At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
Capable of taking ownership, motivating others, and approaching tasks systematically with keen attention to detail.
