Pipeline Generation & Academic Partnerships: Build highly targeted Boolean sourcing strategies and establish formal partnerships with academic institutions to build a longterm pipeline.
Recruitment Lifecycle Management: Manage the end-to-end requisition process, coordinate strategic interview panels, and run rigorous pre-employment screening.
Employer Branding & Agency Reduction: Support employer branding initiatives and assume full sourcing ownership to eliminate external recruiters.
Ad-Hoc Duties: Perform other recruitment, onboarding, or administrative duties as assigned by the CHRO or HR Manager.

Expert knowledge of modern sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and passive talent mapping.
