We are looking for an experienced field professional who can manage the insurance adjusting process in our Pittsburgh market.
We want someone with a background as a: ladder assist, storm restoration roofing contractor/representative, insurance adjuster or public adjuster.
What You’ll Do
- Run 2–5 appointments per day at homeowners’ properties
- Inspect storm damage (roof, siding, gutters, interior)
- Meet with insurance adjusters to negotiate fair settlements
- Document damage and build claim scopes/estimates
- Guide homeowners through the claims process from start to finish

- Experienced in the Field – You have run 250+ adjuster meetings as an adjuster or ladder assist OR you have run 100+ adjuster meetings as a contractor

Compensation & Growth
- Year 1 On-Target Earnings: $100K–$150K+
- Paid training

Pay: $100,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
