Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Cape Town. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, effective communication, store management, and retail loss prevention on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Strong Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
