Job Title: Beauty Store Manager
Location: Menlyn Maine, Pretoria, South Africa
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday: 09:00 AM – 19:00 PM / Sunday: 09:00 AM – 18:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time (Probation period of 6 months)
Job description:
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Beauty Consultant to join the IPPUM K-Beauty Collection team at our Melrose Arch store in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will represent a premium K-Beauty brand, assist customers with product recommendations and help create an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional beauty consultations and personalized skincare recommendations
- Assist customers with product selection and K-Beauty routines
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
- Support in-store promotions, campaigns, and product launches
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and product displays
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
- Stay updated on K-Beauty trends and product knowledge
- Assist with daily store operations and administrative tasks when required
Requirements:
- South African Permanent Residence Permit
- Entry-level experience in the beauty industry preferred
- Strong proficiency in English
- Passion for K-Beauty and customer service
- Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Candidate Requirements / Experience:
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience is advantageous
- Good understanding of skincare and beauty products preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Ability to engage confidently with customers
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from R30,000 per month
- Salary negotiable based on experience
Pay: R15 000,00 – R30 000,00 per month
