What You Will Do?
Our Minnesota install team covers a large territory including North Dakota, South Dakota, Minnesota, Northern Iowa, Wisconsin and the Northern Peninsula of Michigan. With such a large territory, this position requires frequent overnight travel and you must have a flexible schedule (No weekends or holidays).
- Expertly install commercial laundry equipment in various customer settings, adhering to manufacturer specs and customer guidelines.
- Operating a commercial motor vehicle in a safe manner and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations.
- Safely handle and move large equipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, skates, and hand dollies.
- Handle utility connections like electrical, water, gas, drains, and ducting.
- Use your problem-solving skill to troubleshoot and ensure flawless and professional installations.
- Communicate clearly with customers to ensure proper use and care of their new equipment.
- Utilize technology for programming, upcoming schedules, and internal communications, and work order completion.
- Effectively prepare for upcoming jobs and maintain installation supplies and tools.
- Follow all company and job site safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Required Skills:
- Must pass a criminal and motor vehicle background check (for the purposes of working in government facilities) as well as a drug screening if requested
- Must hold a Class E Driver’s License and DOT Medical Card (or have the ability to obtain within the first 30 days from hire date)
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to think outside of the box with common sense
- Troubleshoot and problem solve issues that arise while on the job
- Must possess basic plumbing and electrical skills
- Ability to lift 100lbs or more
- Must be able to provide your own basic hand and power tools
- You must promote a professional image and attitude
Bonus points if you have previous experience with rigging large equipment, single/three phase electrical, HVAC, and/or forklift operation!

Pay Range: $25 – $28 per Hour w/ plenty of overtime potential
