We are launching an exciting new start-up focused on construction and heavy equipment operations related to assembling power generation enclosures used at data centers. We are seeking dynamic and dedicated professionals to join our growing team. We are in need of a proactive Plant Manager, a vigilant HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) Lead, and skilled Crawler Crane & Fork Lift Operators and a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator.

Duties
- Oversee daily plant operations ensuring smooth coordination between teams and equipment
- Implement and enforce safety protocols in compliance with OSHA standards and construction site safety regulations
- Manage materials handling processes including shipping & receiving, load securing rigging methods, and crane operation procedures
- Operate and supervise the use of heavy lifting equipment such as cranes, boom trucks, backhoes, forklifts, and hydraulic machinery
- Conduct routine inspections of overhead cranes, lifting equipment, and safety gear to ensure operational integrity
- Lead safety training sessions focusing on crane operation, hydraulics, rigging techniques, and proper use of safety equipment
- Maintain detailed records of crane usage logs, safety inspections, incident reports, and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction site management or plant supervision with strong knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation including cranes, hydraulics, material handling equipment, and backhoe operation
- Valid commercial driver’s license with experience in shipping & receiving logistics
- Demonstrated expertise in load handling procedures in crane operations and load securing rigging methods
- Hands-on experience with overhead cranes, boom trucks, forklifts, and other lifting machinery
- Strong understanding of OSHA safety standards and implementation of safety protocols on construction sites
- Ability to perform routine maintenance checks on lifting equipment and ensure adherence to safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to lead teams effectively while maintaining a focus on safety compliance

2) HSE Lead – needs experience with rigging & lifting working in the shop
3) Crane Operator 1 – crawler certified
4) Crane Operator 2 – crawler certified or able to achieve within 3 months of employment
5) Heavy forklift operator – will have 3 total forklifts: 1 reach stacker and 2 traditional forklifts
6) Shipping & receiving coordinator.
