Qualification
Relevant IT Degree / Diploma or equivalent work experience
Minimum 4 years of experience as a Splunk Developer
Essential Skills
Minimum 4 years of experience in Splunk
Experience building Splunk Dashboards
Experience in data pre-processing within Splunk
Proficiency in Splunk SPL
Working knowledge of Java Script and CSS
Comfortable with responsibilities as defined in an Agile Working Model (AWM) environment
Advantageous Skills
Roles & Rights setup in Splunk
Cloud experience &
Terraform IaaC
SQL background
ETL pipeline knowledge
Strong business-orientation with a focus on fit-for-purpose solutions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interpret business requirements and translate into technical solutions
Experience in international environments and user research
Customer-facing comfort-even across language barriers
Strong team player with ability to self-manage and deliver high-quality output
Willingness to coach, train, and share knowledge with peers
Flexible and open to taking on various project-related tasks
Willingness to travel internationally for up to 2 weeks at a time
Advantageous Soft Skills
German language proficiency (advantageous)
Agile project experience
ITIL process knowledge
Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing SPL searches and user stories for Splunk Dashboards
Actively participating in Scrum ceremonies
Refining and collaborating on user stories and prototypes
Engaging stakeholders and cross-functional team members
Providing Dev Ops support and resolving existing solution issues
Mentoring, guiding, and knowledge-sharing across teams
