Requirements:
• SANC registered
• Relevant Nursing degree/diploma
• Post basic qualification in Theatre/Critical Care OR Emergency.
• 5 years Unit Manager experience essential
• The capacity to recognise development areas in others and support them to facilitate personal development through coaching.
