Key Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation, maintaining consistency and excellence.
Contribute to menu planning and development, incorporating seasonal ingredients and innovative ideas.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies, minimizing waste and controlling costs.
Adapt to various event settings, including off-site catering, ensuring seamless execution.
