We’re looking for a Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team and provide exceptional support to patients, providers, and payers through prompt, accurate, and courteous resolution of inquiries.

🔹 Position: Personal Assistant (PA)

📍 Location: 2 Elray Street, Raedene Estate, Highlands North, Johannesburg (On-Site, NOT Remote)

Hours: 3 PM – 11 PM SAST or 4 PM – 12 AM SAST (hours may fluctuate based on schedule)

What You’ll Do:

✅ Managing emails, calendars, scheduling, and appointments

✅ Coordinating meetings across different time zones

✅ Handling professional communication with clients and stakeholders

✅ Drafting correspondence and responding on behalf of executives

✅ Preparing documents, reports, and presentations

✅ Conducting research and summarizing findings

✅ Tracking tasks and managing projects using tools like Monday.com or Trello

✅ Maintaining organized digital filing systems and records

✅ Supporting workflow and administrative processes remotely

✅ Assisting with travel arrangements and itineraries (where required)

✅ Ensuring confidentiality and data security at all times

✅ Using digital tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office efficiently

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 1–2 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support role

🔹 Strong written and verbal communication skills

🔹 Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Email)

🔹 Good organizational and time management skills

🔹 Ability to work independently in a remote environment

🔹 High attention to detail and accuracy

🔹 Familiarity with scheduling tools and virtual meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams)

🔹 Basic experience with task or project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Trello, Asana)

🔹 Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
