Responsibilities
· Operate hand and power tools to fabricate and assemble wood products.
· Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
· Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
· Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient workflow.
· Maintain a clean and organized work area.
· Safely operate forklifts and other machinery as needed.
· Troubleshoot fabrication issues and offer process improvements.

Experience Requirements
· Manufacturing: 1 year (Required)
· Hand tools: 1 year (Required)
· Mechanical knowledge: 1 year (Required)
