Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming goods
- Accurately capture data related to goods and metal recovery
- Schedule staff for monthly metal recovery activities
- Coordinate weekly dust collection and processing
- Maintain department schedules and records
- Sort and weigh materials for refining
- Liaise with the refiner and manage returned materials
Requirements & Skills
- 1–2 years’ experience in an administrative or clerical role
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Computer literate with good data capturing skills
- Well-organised with effective time management abilities
- Able to work independently and follow established processes
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment will be advantageous
