Responsibilities
Understand and strategize to maximize engagement and virality for brands based on data analytics and research.
Manage a team of graphic designers and video editors to produce weekly content for clients.
Liaise directly with clients to understand their targets and expectations.
Lead your team with goal-oriented strategies to meet client expectations.
Stay updated on industry trends, hacks, and secrets to deliver results.
Think creatively to develop new ideas for content that could go viral.
Support team members and contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements
Experience in growing social media accounts from scratch.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for understanding how to make content go viral.
Strong eye for creating thumb-stopping viral videos, knowing what to clip and enhance.
Self-motivated, driven to grow and develop both internally and externally.
Ability to use initiative, solve problems independently, and manage multiple clients.
Willingness to help and collaborate within a team.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Interest in personal development.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Must be a great communicator in English.
