Full Job Description
Junior Social Media Designer (Remote, Full-time)
We’re an American company that is building a platform where creators connect deeply with their followers and turn passion into sustainable income. We’re looking for a fresh detail-oriented designer to help us bring visual consistency and creativity to our fast-moving content.
Responsibilities:
Design thumbnails for vertical videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok) using provided templates
Create visual cards for Lemon8, Instagram, and YouTube; potential to expand to Pinterest
Occasionally design post visuals for our creator community (headers, previews)
Requirements:
Experience with graphics for social media and short-form content
Comfortable working with templates and sticking to brand guidelines
Understanding of current trends in digital content and creator space
Quick turnaround: ability to deliver within 1–2 days
Availability online during the day for communication
Figma skills preferred (not mandatory)
Weekly output:
~20 thumbnails (same design adapted to multiple platforms)
~21 post cards for Lemon8/Instagram
This is a remote role. We’re looking for someone consistent, creative, and reliable.
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: R3Â 600,00 per month
