· Work begins promptly at 6am and ending at 2:30pm, Monday through Friday. (Summer hours are from 6am-2:30pm to beat the heat!)

Summary
NWBS is currently looking for a Sider to install various sidings on modular units. Must have excellent technical skills and outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. This person must work in a fast-paced environment and must also possess the ability to analyze a variety of problems and work independently. Time management and organizational skills are also essential.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Installation various types of siding, insulation, and all relative materials to complete the job.
- Work with other installers, maintaining high quality and timely job performance.
- Safety knowledge of tools and surroundings. (ie skill saw)
- Occasional roof work
- Prep for paint
Qualifications:
- Able to lift 75 lbs. and occasional 100 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand measurements
- Provide own small hand tools.
- Ability to climb ladders, use scaffolding and use man lifts to perform work duties.
- Can meet our daily schedule and possible overtime when necessary.
- Comply with OSHA standards
- Can consistently reach above and below shoulder level.
- Ability to take direction, and work in a team with others.
