Ensure all stakeholders are well-trained in company SHE procedures.

Drive a proactive SHE culture and attitude to ensure all staff contributes to a safe, healthy work environment.

Record all SHE Incidents, Accidents, and near-miss statistics and report to all stakeholders.

Carry out Statutory incident reporting, investigations, and claims with the regulating factory safety authorities.

In conjunction with Procurement and Warehouse team manage plant PPE and First aid consumables supply chain.

Key Skills :

Ability to communicate effectively across all levels in a multi-faceted and growing organization,

Customer-centric.

Qualifications :

Degree in a related field of study

At least 5 years of experience in food manufacturing and FMCG environments.

Experience and knowledge of ISO 9001; 22000; 45001; 14001 Systems inception; implementation and certification audits.
