Windows Direct USA is a growing home improvement company specializing in windows, doors, baths, and showers. We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Service Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate is a skilled remodeling or construction professional who can independently diagnose and resolve service and warranty issues while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair warranty/service issues involving windows, doors, baths, and showers
- Troubleshoot air/water infiltration, leaks, seal failures, operational issues, and installation concerns
- Perform window and door adjustments, repairs, capping, caulking, and trim work
- Complete minor carpentry, drywall, painting, and plumbing repairs
- Perform accurate onsite measurements and inspections
- Maintain a clean, professional work environment in customers’ homes
- Provide outstanding customer service and clearly communicate repair solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of remodeling, construction, installation, or service experience preferred
- Strong experience with windows, doors, baths, and showers
- Proficient with window/door capping, caulking, trim work, and basic carpentry
- Knowledge of minor plumbing and bathroom repairs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift medium/heavy materials
