Duties
- Stuff, cure, smoke and package meat products
- Work with others in a fast-paced team environment.
- Learn and follow regulations set by the USDA.
- Learn to use and sharpen a knife in an efficient manner.
- Be aware of and follow strict safety guidelines.
- Willing to work overtime with short notice or the possibility of shorter workdays.
- Typical work Schedule: 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday
Qualifications
- Able to lift up to and more than 50 lbs.
- Long periods of walking and standing.
Pay: $17.00 per hour
