Role:
Zutari Tshwane / Cape Town is currently looking for Senior Materials Technician (SMT’s) to join their team, responsible for contracts management within the project’s environment, with a special focus on SANRAL Projects.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum of 20 Years’ experience in the Materials Field without any qualification, or N.Dip in Civil Engineering with minimum of 10 Years’ experience in the Materials Field, or Pr Techni Eng with minimum of 5 Years’ experience in the Materials Field
Experience as Senior Materials Technician (SMT) on SANRAL project/s is required
Thorough working knowledge of specifications and Bill of Quantities (COLTO / COTO, SANS 1200, project specific etc.)
Proficient Microsoft Office skills required
Good administrative skills
Analytical and logical skills
Good attention to detail
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Excellent client relation skills
Project Experience
In addition to the above, the applicant is required to submit his experience on three of his most recent projects (
