About Us
We are incubating a new startup internally that transforms a founder’s voice into a full-scale content and media operation. We use weekly conversations to extract insights, then generate long-form and short-form content distributed across LinkedIn, blogs, newsletters, and media/news websites. We blend human creativity with AI automation to create a new kind of marketing workflow — faster, less expensive, and more authentic.
About the Role
We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Content Specialist who can take rich, voice-recorded interviews with startup founders and turn them into high-quality marketing content. You’ll collaborate closely with our AI tools to draft, refine, and finalize blogs, newsletters, case studies, and LinkedIn posts.
You’ll be researching and tagging content across the web to train our AI models, and modifying AI input prompts to ensure that the output matches the tone and style we are looking to match with our clients. You will NOT be writing content from scratch but will be focused on editing and thinking strategically.
Key Responsibilities
Transform founder audio recordings into blogs, newsletters, LinkedIn posts, and case studies
Collaborate with AI systems to generate content drafts, then polish for tone, clarity, and brand consistency
Extract key themes, strategic angles, and compelling narratives from transcripts and raw notes
Maintain a consistent weekly publishing cadence across multiple channels
Tag and annotate transcripts to assist in training and refining our AI models
Review AI outputs critically and guide improvements in prompts, workflows, and fine-tuning processes
Work closely with Account Managers and clients to implement feedback and revisions quickly
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written English — you must be able to mimic and enhance US founder voices
At least 3+ years in content writing, editorial, or marketing roles (agency or startup experience preferred)
Strong understanding of B2B tech audiences, especially startups and SaaS
Familiarity or interest in AI writing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Notion AI, etc.)
Process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently
Ability to turn complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
Bonus If You Have
Experience writing for executive or founder audiences
Background in journalism, brand storytelling, or ghostwriting
Experience fine-tuning prompts or reviewing AI-generated content
Knowledge of SEO basics and content performance metrics
