We’re looking for an experienced individual to oversee and grow key client relationships within a fast-paced logistics and operations environment.
This role is responsible for managing client relationships at all levels while ensuring seamless coordination across operations, logistics, finance, and internal teams. You’ll play a key role in delivering high service levels, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing strategic client relationships
- Acting as the main liaison between clients and internal teams
- Ensuring service levels of 95%+ nationally
- Translating client requirements into clear operational and distribution plans
- Monitoring account performance, reporting on metrics, and managing budgets
- Coordinating logistics, deliveries, and supplier quotes
- Ensuring data accuracy, stock control, and billing processes
- Resolving issues quickly and maintaining strong client engagement
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years’ experience in client relationship management
- Strong experience in logistics, coordination, or operational environments
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical capability
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to work under pressure
- Willingness to travel nationally and work outside standard hours when required
