Senior Chef Jobs in Paarl at Botanicum
Botanicum Restaurant Group and are looking for a Senior Chef to join our expanding team in Paarl. The successful candidate will be a good communicator, be fluent in English, have had at least 2 years experience in a Senior Chef or kitchen supervisor role. Will be hands on and flexible in their approach and able to multi-task, have their own transport and will be an allrounder, hardworking and motivated person who excels at:
the smooth daily running of the kitchen, consistently executing food of high quality
be on duty for busy services, weekends and private events
supervision of team, training
food purchasing
stock and cost controls within specified range
staff rostering and monthly wage cost within specified range
menu development and maintenance of quality standards
effective communication between BOH and FOH teams
hygiene, maintenance and health and safety standards are met
