We are seeking a mature, dynamic and well-spoken Area Manager to oversee our operations in Pretoria.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance, managing teams, and ensuring the highest standards of service and operational excellence across multiple locations in Pretoria.
Key Responsibilities:
– Marketing for new business/clients
– Interviewing carers for future positions
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients & carers
– Lead and manage a team of carers across Pretoria
– Foster a positive & productive work environment that encourages team collaboration & growth
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, & industry regulations
– Conduct regular client visits to assess operations & provide support to carers
Qualifications:
– Strong leadership & team management skills
– Excellent communication & interpersonal abilities
– Ability to analyze data/information & make informed decisions
– Computer Literate & proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and filing
– Valid Driver’s License & own a reliable vehicle for work-related travel
Compensation:
This position offers a commission-based salary structure, where you will earn commissions based on the marketing initiatives you implement to attract new clients. There are no set targets; your earnings will directly reflect the success of your marketing efforts, providing you with the opportunity for unlimited income potential
