Overall
Purpose
The overall purpose of the Inbound Groups Consultant is to:
Successfully negotiate rates and services;
Successfully propose and secure groups;
Go the extra mile to create exceptional customer and guest experiences;
Maintain a strong focus on achieving sales and profit targets and have an all-round understanding of customer requirements;
Maximize quote conversion rates and meet targets;
Oversee operations and on-the-ground management of groups;
Manage accounts and foster customer relationships.
Requirements
Requirements:
Matric;
Qualification in Travel and Tourism;
Incentive inbound travel experience of about 3 – 5 years.
