Duties
- Assist with the assembly, disassembly of scaffolding structures according to safety protocols and schematics
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, plumbers, and other trades by providing safe access points for their work
- Use hand tools and power tools to secure scaffolding components and ensure stability during construction activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area around scaffolding sites to promote safety and efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques such as caulking, trim carpentry, or masonry is a plus
- Knowledge of safety standards related to scaffolding installation and general construction site protocols
- Physical stamina to lift heavy materials, work at heights, and perform manual labor throughout the day
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Valid OSHA certification or willingness to obtain safety training upon hire is advantageous
