Overview
Job Description: Responsible for providing direct administrative support to sales team members to include oversight and completion of all order processing; tracking and management of all pending customer orders; as well as internal communication between departments regarding customer orders; Act under the Core Values of JusT Supplies in all things.
Responsibilities
· Manage day to day tasks of sales team’s needs and customer orders
· Answering all inbound calls from our outside sales team
· Responsible for starting the order process for all customer orders
· Communicate with appropriate departments regarding all orders, needs, delivery expectations, and deadlines for completion
· Provide oversight to all orders taken and in process to ensure deadlines are met and orders are completed
· Ability to prioritize orders and tasks and communicate needs to other departments effectively
· Ability to problem solve when barriers arise
· Administrative tasks including order entry into our Point of Sale system
· Responsible for always conducting oneself in a professional manner
· Report any concerns to supervisor immediately
· Input all sales orders for outside sales team
· Report to sales lead daily/weekly sales, status, obstacles, and successes
· Extensive knowledge of production oilfield parts and use
· Able to identify production oilfield parts by proper name

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
