Job Overview: Huntswood SA is looking for a dynamicLearning and Development Facilitator to join their L&D Team in Durban.
The candidate must have strong product training and development experience working within an L&D Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating training in a physical environment on site.
Job Responsibilities:
Partnering with Clients
Assessing performance needs
Designing curricula / learning frameworks
Designing learning experiences
Facilitating Learning
Supporting transfer of learning
Evaluating Learning
Job Requirements:
Matric / NQF4
Min 2 years product facilitation experience in an L&D Department
Experience designing curricula / learning frameworks and designing learning experiences
Human Resource or L&D qualification advantageous
Training experience in the insurance sector is essential
Skills Required:
Verbal and written communication skills
Articulation
