Sales Manager — Remanufactured Transmissions Jobs in Germantown, WI at Quantum Gear
Quantum Gear US LLC sells remanufactured GM automatic transmissions nationwide. Our core lineup is built around the 6L80 and 6L90. Every unit is dyno-tested before it ships, and we deliver by freight straight to the customer, anywhere in the country. We are a small team, so you will own your accounts from first contact to delivery.
What you’ll do
- Work inbound leads from our website, phone, and email — no cold calling
- Match the correct unit to the customer’s vehicle using the VIN
- Prepare quotes, send invoices, and follow up until the deal closes
- Coordinate freight delivery and keep the customer informed
- Handle core returns and post-sale questions
- Keep records current in Shopify and our internal systems
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years in sales, preferably auto parts, heavy parts, or another considered purchase
- Comfortable talking to repair shops and mechanics
- Basic understanding of drivetrain and automatic transmissions, or willingness to learn it fast
- Organized, follows up without being reminded
- Confident with email, spreadsheets, and web-based systems
- Excellent written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with transmissions specifically
- LTL freight experience Shopify or CRM experience

Pay: $55,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
