Our client in East London is seeking a Sales Executive to drive Sales and revenue growth within the area.
KPI’s:
Sales Strategy Development and Sales Planning – Promote and market the divisional products and services effectively and efficiently. Create Comprehensive sales plans and budgets, taking into account market trends and company objectives. Monitor and analyze sales data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the sales plan.
Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the area for all divisions within the branch.
Ensure achievement of Sales Targets in line with Budget requirements – to ensure successful achievement of monthly and annual targets by selling divisional products to customers and growing the market share on a continuous basis.
Efficient Administration – to maintain effective and efficient administrative systems for equipment sales.
Requirements
Grade 12 essential
A Degree in Business Management, marketing or related field would be advantageous
3 – 5 years Earth moving Equipment Sales experience
CRM and Computer literate
Technical Acumen and understanding
Customer Relationship Management
