Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our clients team. This role is crucial in assisting the Sales Department with running campaigns to generate new leads and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, an understanding of sales strategies, and a passion for engaging with potential clients to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing sales campaigns aimed at lead generation through managing Marketing Campaigns through email and LinkedIn
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, email outreach, and networking events.
Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and meetings to introduce our products/services.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs and interest level before passing them to the sales team.
Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales campaigns are aligned with business objectives.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine lead generation strategies.
To work in close collaboration with the sales team
Primary goal: to generate leads and convert them into sales appointments
Experience planning and executing campaigns – full cycle
Data and list management
Email campaign management
Booking appointments for the sales team
Join the sales team calls to report on the pipeline you are generating
Be responsible for the volume and quality of leads and appointments booked
Worked on campaigns in Europe or the USA e.g. booked appointments with businesses in these countries
Focused on targeting large, B2B clients
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role is preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
