The Job
You will be responsible for :
Selling vodacom products to customers.
Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.
Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
Escalating customer feedback as required.
The Profile
The candidate age requirement must be between 18 – 35
No experience – 1 year experience within a Customer Service role, ideally within the Consulting industry.
You will be trained for the position.
You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are a strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
