Full Job Description
Starting as a trainee, this has the potential to quickly become a hand’s on leadership role, where you will be actively coaching and developing a sales team on a daily basis, ensuring the delivery of clear, achievable sales objectives, maintaining agreed operational standards and ensuring a fun, positive and professional culture is maintained throughout the team at all times.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to adapt to, and embrace, new ideas and processes and drive them amongst your team
