Sales Associate – Client Engagement – Mental Health Services Jobs in Home Based at Ascendia Channel Partners Limited
About MindPath
MindPath is a leading Irish digital mental health provider specialising in the diagnosis and assessment of ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD in both adults and children. Our mission is to deliver timely, accessible, and clinically robust care through a fully virtual platform. Prospective clients begin their journey with a low-cost online pre-assessment, and our team supports them through the next steps toward a comprehensive clinical evaluation.
Position Summary
We are recruiting a Sales Associate to join our growing team as one of the first points of connection for individuals and families exploring an assessment with MindPath. This is a client-facing engagement role that combines warmth, professionalism, and structured follow-up. You will speak with people who have already completed our pre-assessment, help them understand what a comprehensive assessment involves, and guide them through booking their next step.
The role suits someone with a genuine interest in mental health and neurodevelopmental care. A psychology background is preferred, and previous experience in sales, customer service, or client-facing work is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct structured 20 minute follow-up calls with individuals who have completed a MindPath pre-assessment.
- Clearly and empathetically explain MindPath’s clinical pathway for ADHD, ASD, and AuDHD assessments (adults and children).
- Guide prospective clients through their decision-making process and support them in booking a comprehensive assessment.
- Answer questions and address concerns with reassurance, care, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate, timely records of communications, progress, and outcomes in our CRM (HubSpot).
- Meet performance targets related to conversion and client engagement.
- Collaborate with clinical and operations colleagues to ensure a smooth client experience.
Who Can Apply
- Applicants with a psychology background are preferred.
- Psychology graduates, current students, and working professionals are all welcome to apply.
- Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience is a strong advantage.
- A genuine interest in mental health, neurodevelopmental care, or healthcare more broadly is highly valued.
Candidate Requirements
- Proficient in English; English as a first language is required.
- Strong communication skills with a warm, empathetic, and client-first approach.
- Confident, organised, and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Comfortable using a CRM system (experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or similar is helpful).
- Available to work Irish business hours and observe Irish public holidays.
What We Offer
- Fully remote position, operating on Irish working hours and holidays.
- A meaningful role with genuine exposure to psychological services and client care.
- Opportunity for long-term growth within a fast-moving, mission-driven company in the psychology field.
- Competitive compensation, based on experience.
