Position: Sales Agents(Insurance) – Overstrand
We are seeking a dedicated and goal-oriented Mass Market Sales Agents to provide tailored financial planning solutions to South Africa’s mass market segment. Successful candidates will assess clients’ financial needs, educate them on available products, and guide them toward achieving financial security. This role requires a client-centric approach, an understanding of the mass market’s unique financial challenges, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions.
Conduct needs analysis to understand clients’ financial goals and challenges.
Offer affordable and suitable financial solutions, including life insurance, funeral cover, savings plans, and other relevant products.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial plans.
Sales and Marketing:
Achieve sales targets by identifying and engaging potential clients.
Conduct presentations and workshops in communities to educate on financial literacy and available products.
Client Support:
Provide ongoing service to clients, including policy reviews and updates.
Assist clients with claims, policy changes, and general inquiries.
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in sales, insurance sales, or a related field targeting the mass market.
Knowledge of relevant financial products such as funeral plans, life cover, and savings options.
Additional Requirements:
Own transport and a valid driver’s license (preferred).
Proficiency in multiple South African languages is advantageous.
Clear credit and criminal record.
