Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Broker Consultant, based in Bloemfontein with opportunities for some remote work. The Broker Consultant will build and nurture relationships with insurance brokers while promoting BrightRock’s financial products. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, offering expert advice on insurance and financial products, assisting brokers in retirement planning solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Insurance, Insurance Brokerage, and related financial products
- Strong understanding of Finance and Retirement Planning
- Customer Service expertise, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with brokers and clients
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Finance, or Insurance are advantageous
- Experience in a brokerage or insurance setting is preferred
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently
