We are seeking motivated ,professional and target-driven sales agents to join our team .The sales Agent will be responsible for identifying potential clients ,communicatig with prospective customers preseting the company’s products and services sales and maintaining postive client relationships .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Call existing and new clients to promote products/services
- Identify customers needs,recommend solutions,meet sales targets
- Chase leads and maintain client relationships
- keep accurate records and complete sales paperwork on time
- Handle questions and provide professional assistance
- Follow ompany policies,procedures and compliance rules
- Attend meetings /training and report feedback to management
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Grade 12/matric preferred
- Previous sales or customer-service experience will be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good telephone etiquette
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Professional appearence and conduct
- Basic computer literacy
