Overview:
We are seeking Rubber Extrusion professionals to join our team. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining rubber extrusion machinery to produce high-quality rubber products. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.
Duties:
– Set up and operate rubber extrusion machines according to specifications
– Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and quality output
– Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired product specifications
– Feed rubber material into the extruder and monitor the flow of material
– Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies
Experience:
– Previous experience operating rubber extrusion machinery is preferred but not necessary
– Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
– Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
