Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, check, and issue invoices for Wholesale transactions
Handle sales and account queries efficiently
Manage and coordinate collection orders
Liaise with collecting clients regarding sales and order status
Assist with resolving out-of-stock issues
Support the Cash Office with relevant administrative tasks
Supervise and provide guidance to a team of telesales clerks
Minimum Requirements:
Matric or equivalent qualification
At least 5 years’ experience in sales administration
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to manage a small team
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
