We’re looking for a Staff Accountant with Sage Intacct experience to manage full-cycle accounting across multiple entities. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end close, and improving accounting processes through technology, AI, and automation.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day accounting across multiple entities, including journal entries, payroll entries, accruals, general ledger maintenance, and month-end/year-end close.
- Process accounts payable, cash receipts, and cash postings while maintaining vendor accounts and performing bank and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Review financial statements, prepare reports and supporting schedules, resolve discrepancies, and help improve accounting processes using Excel, Sage Intacct, AI, and automation.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with accounts payable, cash postings, journal entries, accruals, bank and balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement review.
- Required experience with Sage Intacct.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Interest in leveraging AI and automation to improve accounting processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment with exceptional attention to detail.
