Roving Maintenance Technician

The exciting part of this position is the range of tasks each day brings. There is something different every day such as: Mobile home renovations, skirting homes, concrete work, and more!
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Complete maintenance tasks & projects including home renovations, apartment turnovers, and general maintenance.
-Responsible for maintenance including but not limited to: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, door hardware repairs, and carpentry.
– Responsible for the care, maintenance, and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the company.
– Maintain grounds such as snow removal and the sprinkler system.
– Perform maintenance tasks and projects as scheduled by the Facilities Manager.
– Complete daily tasks with superior customer service and always represent the company in a professional manner.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
– Maintain a professional, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful attitude with the residents, and staff.
– Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
– Proficient on a computer and iPhone
– Able to plan, prioritize, and manage own work
– Able to work a flexible work schedule, evenings and weekends as needed.
– Valid driver’s license
– Physical ability to move around buildings and grounds in all weather conditions; Bend, stretch, stoop, stand, sit, balance, climb stairs, and ladders; Lift, carry, push/pull a minimum of 50 pounds.
*Experience operating a plow truck and skid is a plus*
Schedule:
– 8 Hour Shift
– On Call

Pay: $29.00 – $30.00 per hour
