Join Our Team as a Powder Line Production Operator!
Pay: $20.00-27.25/hr! (based on experience)
Schedule: 1st Shift – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Enjoy a 3-day weekend every week!
At PMI, we’re looking for a motivated and reliable Powder Line Production Operator to support our powder coating operations from start to finish. This dynamic position involves loading, spraying, and unloading parts with precision, care, and craftsmanship. You’ll be part of a team that creates durable, visually appealing products used across industries—where your attention to detail truly makes a difference.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare, stage, and load parts onto the powder coating line with care and accuracy.
- Apply powder coating to parts using professional spray techniques—ensuring smooth, even coverage.
- Unload finished parts, inspecting for quality and packaging them safely for the next step.
- Perform color changes and clean spray equipment to maintain top-quality finishes.
- Follow production instructions, blueprints, and safety guidelines meticulously.
- Conduct ongoing quality checks to catch and correct defects in real time.
- Communicate effectively with your team and supervisors about any concerns or improvements.
- Keep your workspace organized, clean, and ready for action.

What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Solid basic math skills.
- Previous experience in a powder coating or manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret blueprints and follow detailed procedures.
- Familiarity with production processes, equipment, and quality standards
Physical & Work Environment:
- Regular standing, walking, and use of hands and arms.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally.
- Work environment is clean, organized, and moderately noisy.
