The Role as an Route Service Representative:
Route Service Representative (RSR) for Western North Dakota and Northeastern Montana. The shift can range from 8 to 12 hours a day, Monday through Friday.
The RSR is responsible to the customers on their assigned route, to ensure their complete and total satisfaction with the products and services offered by this company.
The RSR is expected to work in a variety of conditions, standing on their feet or seated while operating a service vehicle. Repetitive bending at the waist, twisting at the waist and shoulders, and reaching at or above the shoulders while loading and unloading the service vehicle and servicing accounts are functions of this job. The RSR may be required to ascend and descend staircases while carrying bundles of linen, mats, mops, soil bags, hanging garments, etc.
The successful RSR will have great interpersonal communication skills, a strong work ethic, be dependable, and will always be looking for ways to improve.

The individual must be 21 years of age.
The individual must have a valid drivers license.
The individual must be able to effectively communicate orally in English.
The individual must pass a background check, urine drug screen and physical prior to employment.

Pay: $27.50 per hour
