As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll assist customers in exploring Frontier products and services, answer questions, recommend solutions based on their needs, and provide a professional, customer-focused experience from start to finish.

Retail Sales Associate Task and What You’ll Do:
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance with Frontier products and services.
- Learn about each customer’s needs and recommend personalized solutions that best fit their lifestyle and connectivity goals.
- Clearly explain product features, pricing, service options, and current promotions to help customers make informed decisions.
- Assist customers with account enrollments, service activations, upgrades, and other account-related transactions.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation while following company policies and quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating positive, solution-focused experiences during every interaction.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily sales goals, support store operations, and contribute to a high-performing team environment.
What We’re Looking For in the Retail Sales Associate Candidate:
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive, professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
- Retail, customer service, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: $800.00 – $1,000.00 per week
