We’re looking for a motivated, competitive, people-focused Retail Sales Associate who wants more than a typical retail job.
This is a sales-first position.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, is motivated by performance and earning potential, and takes ownership of their business from start to finish.
You’ll work directly with guests to understand their needs, recommend complete sleep solutions, close sales, and manage your orders through delivery. Because our associates often work independently, you’ll also be trusted to manage the showroom and daily store activities while you’re there.
You aren’t simply working in the store. You’re responsible for the business you’re creating.
Your Earning Potential
Estimated annual earnings: $45,000 – $85,000+
This is a performance-driven sales position with uncapped earning potential.
We want people who are motivated by the opportunity to increase their income through their own performance. The better you become at connecting with guests, identifying needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales, the greater your opportunity.
There is no artificial ceiling on what a motivated salesperson can accomplish.
What You’ll Do
Your primary responsibility is sales and the guest experience.
You’ll be expected to:
- Connect with guests and identify their individual sleep needs
- Recommend mattresses, adjustable bases, accessories, and complete sleep solutions
- Build value, solve problems, and confidently guide guests toward the right solution
- Develop relationships and provide an exceptional guest experience
- Take ownership of your sales from initial conversation through final delivery
- Manage your open orders, follow-up, and guest communication
- Maintain relationships with previous and prospective guests
- Manage daily showroom activities when working independently
- Maintain merchandising and showroom presentation
- Assist with inventory and general store operations
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and professional development training
- Work toward increased responsibility and future leadership opportunities

Schedule
This is a full-time retail sales position.
Candidates must be available to work a flexible retail schedule, including:
- Weekdays
- Evenings
- Weekends
- 8-hour and 10-hour shifts as scheduled
