Overview
Since 2016, Clean World Solutions (CWS) has led a team of local experts in serving client needs for mold, water, smoke, and fire restoration, along with duct and rug cleaning. CWS is a rapidly growing company, and we are looking to add customer-centric professionals with an attention to detail to our workforce. A Monmouth County, New Jersey-based small business, we currently serve clients in states as north as Maine, and as south as North Carolina.
Duties
- Complete work orders as directed by Team Lead.
- Light demolition, careful cleaning, wiping and vacuuming.
- Perform mold remediation to ensure safe and healthy environments for clients.
- Execute water damage restoration processes, including drying and cleaning affected areas.
- Implement fire restoration techniques to restore properties affected by smoke and fire damage.
- Document job progress in CWS’ internal project management system with photos, notes, etc.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards.
- Be approachable and professional.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 1-3 years restoration; on-job-training provided (opportunities for professional certification and licensure training)
- A valid driver’s license (required)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively (preferred)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
