Eagle Lake Community Association has openings for a full-time Custodial Associate.
Responsibilities:
· Maintaining the cleanliness of the interior (walls, floors, ceilings, windows, furniture, equipment) of our buildings, which include cleaning, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, handwashing, and sanitizing surfaces.
· Heavy cleaning and sanitizing of all comfort stations / shower areas.
· Trash removal from all areas of the facilities.
· Cleaning the exterior of our buildings, pavilions, walkways, and grounds.
· In the winter time, clearing snow and ice from walkways, steps, deck areas, etc.
***To be successful in this position you will:
· Be able to do some pushing, lifting, walking, and bending.
· Be able to operate small light cleaning tools and cleaning equipment.
· Have a high level of honesty and integrity. This position requires you to work independently with little supervision.
-Be able to complete tasks with speed and accuracy. Cleaning schedules need to be followed and completed on time.
· Have a positive attitude and be a team player, assisting the team to achieve the departmental goals to get to the finish line on time.
This is a full-time year-round position with rotating shifts which requires some weekends. Eagle Lake Community Association offers a competitive starting wage; medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401K retirement plan; and paid time off.
