What You’ll Do
As a Restoration Technician, you’ll be on the front lines helping customers during stressful situations. Every day is different, and your work makes a real impact.
· Perform water extraction, demolition, mold remediation, fire cleanup, and general restoration services
· Set up and monitor drying equipment
· Communicate directly with customers in a professional and respectful manner
· Document job progress (photos, notes, work orders)
· Maintain equipment, vehicles, and job site organization
· Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and safely

Schedule
· Monday–Friday, day shift
· On-call rotation (shared across team) for after-hours emergencies
· Overtime opportunities available
What We’re Looking For
· Strong work ethic and reliability
· Ability to stay calm and professional with customers
· Willingness to learn and take direction
· Basic comfort with phones/tablets for job documentation
· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Physical Requirements
· Ability to lift 40–75 lbs regularly
· Comfortable working in active job sites (water damage, fire damage, mold, etc.)
· Ability to stand, walk, and work on your feet throughout the day
Compensation & Benefits
· $15–$20/hr starting pay (based on experience)
