Job Summary
LGA Garage Door Service is hiring residential garage door technicians to install, repair, and maintain garage doors and related systems for homeowners in the Austin area. If you enjoy hands-on work, solving mechanical problems, and delivering great customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and operators
- Sales, service, and product
- Install new garage doors and components
- Perform inspections and routine maintenance
- Replace springs, cables, rollers, tracks, openers, sensors, and other parts as needed
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, options, and pricing
- Keep accurate service records and follow safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance on every job site
Qualifications
- Experience working as a garage door technician (preferred)
- Strong mechanical/electrical diagnostic skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Ability to work independently and meet job expectations
- Friendly, professional customer service mindset
- Basic tools and/or willingness to use company-provided resources effectively
