Dagenais Enterprises is hiring a Property Maintenance Worker for the overall upkeep of Dagenais Enterprises Properties/Camp Dodge.
Responsibilities Include:
- Removing trash and debris from all public areas of properties
- Paint and perform general public area upkeep duties as directed and required.
- Shovel snow/ice as requested and required.
- Plow snow.
- Mow the grass as requested and required.
- Clean any areas of the properties as directed and requested.
- Expected to communicate with all building patrons in a friendly and pleasant manner.
- Responsible to notify management of any situations that need immediate attention and/or anything that needs to be fixed.
Requirements:
Must have experience with heavy equipment
Construction experience a plus
